Currently I am working on multiple facets of the product experience. Strategised a complete overhaul of Brand Identity in line with new businesses and verticals. Helped Brand & Product marketing with multiple campaigns to increase user acquisition. In parallel to those project, I am also leading the some UX design projects to increase conversions and ‘Lead to Qualified Lead’, which is a major milestone for the business. I am also leading and conducting UX research that involves talking to customers, call support monitoring and usability testings.

A significant aspect of my contribution involved training and upskilling product managers, equipping them with industry-standard tools to craft seamless products. To enhance project efficiency, I implemented multiple processes for project management and research, optimising the workflow for maximum business impact.

Beyond equipping product managers with industry-leading SOPs, I boldly challenged leadership to reimagine the product experience from the core. This resulted in a transformative overhaul of the CK product design, reimagining CK Store from ground up. I envisioned the design language system for the product and started the transition with Missing Cashback project. Other game chagers I shipped are BuyKaro (D2C Marketplace), BankKaro (Partner App), TaskHero and driving multiple successful campaigns for EarnKaro.

Focused on building a robust presence, I spearheaded the integration of UPI (Unified Payments Interface) to directly compete with established market leaders such as Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. In a challenging and competitive environment, I single-handedly led all India-related projects, employing my design expertise to carve out a distinctive space for PayPal.

Leveraging my design expertise and consumer-centric approach, I was entrusted to lead design and product charge for PayPal in the dynamic Indian market. This meant diving headfirst, collaborating with the UXR team to conduct extensive user research, uncovering hidden pain points and opportunities unique to the Indian market. This deep user understanding became the bedrock of our product roadmap. I spearheaded the development of a critical north star project tailored for India, ensuring our product offerings resonated with local needs and aspirations. This strategic vision laid the foundation for future growth. Also, working tirelessly across two time zones, I fostered seamless collaboration between design, product, and engineering teams, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.

In a lean design team I took ownership of product design and single handedly lead majority of the projects. My hands-on approach extended to recruiting top talent as well, including our Head of Design. My proudest achievements include TripBuddy, PEDL (India’s first bicycle rental subscription model), OneWay, Checklist, ZAP (First-of-its-kind car subscription model), No Fuel and Mr X, each delivering significant impact for the organization.
